It is just as easy to record project-related working hours and expenses in the SIGMA web portal as it is to record holidays, to view the progress and phases of various projects and to display service calls from our customers.
To record project-related working hours and expenses, I simply select the field "Record working hours" in the menu and then the item "My tasks". Again, it is quicker if I select the item "My tasks" directly in the dashboard
It now shows all my tasks and I select the project to which I want to book working hours and expenses. Similar to the holiday application, I now only have to enter my times and expenses and can then add them directly.
In conclusion, I can say that the SIGMA web portal helps me a lot in working with processes such as applications, time and expense recording and project management and saves me a lot of time and paper.
