Business partner master data | Current contact person |
Your customer list is long. But you only want to see the current customers? Then simply check the "Active" box in the customer search and only display active customers. | Over the course of time, you have entered many contact persons in SAP Business One for an existing customer. If another colleague who is not permanently involved with this customer wants to find the right contact person, this often becomes very difficult. You should therefore set the selection point to “Active” so that all previous contact persons are not displayed. In addition, when entering contact persons, it is always advisable to fill in the data record as completely as possible. A reference to the departmental affiliation and position of the contact person will help you to find the right contact person later. You can do this in the horizontal menu under ID contact person. |
