Stock movements can be recorded much faster, picking lists can be processed efficiently and inventories can be carried out directly via SAP Business One. The recorded data is synchronized with SAP Business One in real time, resulting in considerable time savings and a significant increase in process accuracy.

SIGMA digital packing table

Would you like to make your packing processes more efficient? The SIGMA digital packing table enables you to handle your packing processes smoothly and automatically on the basis of picking lists. Thanks to the integration of a barcode scanner, all shipping data is synchronized directly with SAP Business One - for a simplified and optimized workflow in shipping.

SIGMA pallet management

SIGMA Pallet Management, an add-on that is fully integrated into SAP Business One, enables the automatic creation of SSCC labels and manages all relevant article and storage bin information. It ensures that SSCCs are recorded in SAP Business One for all goods movements such as stock receipts, issues or stock transfers. Thanks to our user-friendly quick entry screens, data entry, for example using a barcode scanner, is significantly simplified and digitized.

SIGMA load carrier exchange account

With the SIGMA load carrier exchange account, a fully integrated SAP Business One add-on, you can keep an eye on your valuable pallets and load carriers such as Euro pallets at all times. The solution enables you to precisely record all load carrier-relevant information on deliveries and goods receipts. The intuitive input screen allows you to quickly link forwarders, customers and suppliers with pallet movements. Automated stock bookings and the individually filterable load carrier account statement ensure full transparency and optimize your processes in the long term.

Use of Chatbot

(1) This website uses a chatbot developed exclusively by us. The chatbot is a software-based dialog system that enables text- or voice-based communication with a technical system.
The chatbot operates on the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approach, retrieving data from a database to answer questions as accurately as possible. These data, along with the user’s question, are sent to the language models of OpenAI, Inc. without transmitting any personal information about the user. The models attempt to answer the question using the provided data and return the response. The data are sourced from one of our internal databases, comprising text documents with marketing information about products and services of the SIGMA Group.

(2) The following data are processed: session ID for user requests, the time of the request, the request itself, the chatbot’s response, the topic, and the language.

(3) We process this data to analyze the productivity of our chatbot and to continuously improve it. This includes the following purposes:

  • Chatbot performance optimization: We collect and analyze interactions with the chatbot to evaluate its efficiency and performance. This includes, for example, questions the chatbot could not answer, repeated inquiries on specific topics, and similar issues.
  • Enhancing the user experience: We use data to improve the user experience. This includes analyzing user feedback to make adjustments and expansions to the chatbot to better meet your needs.
  • Error detection and resolution: The data allow us to detect errors and issues in real time, enabling faster resolution and updates to the chatbot.
  • Statistical evaluations: We generate aggregated, anonymized statistical reports on chatbot usage. These reports contain no personal information and serve to analyze trends and patterns.
