Customer Relationships
Customer relationships refer to the entirety of business contacts, information and interactions between a company and its customers throughout the whole support and sales process. They include the structured maintenance of contact details, agreements, enquiries and previous transactions so that information remains complete, traceable and centrally available to responsible employees. Well-maintained customer relationships improve coordination within the company, support reliable communication and create a sound basis for decisions in CRM and service. This allows an employee during a customer meeting to see immediately which contacts, agreements and open issues already exist for a customer.
