Licensing Model
A licensing model defines the rules under which software is used and billed. It determines whether access is permanent or limited to a specific period, how many users are allowed to work with the solution, and which functions or additional modules are included. In SAP Business One, the licensing model plays an important role in costs, system access and the planned operating approach, for example when the solution is used in the cloud or together with individual add-ons. For companies, it is important to choose a model that matches their size, way of working and need for change, so that they avoid unused licences and ensure employees have the access rights and functions they actually need in daily operations.
