Licensing Model
A licensing model defines the rules under which software is used and billed. It determines whether access is permanent or limited to a specific period, how many users are allowed to work with the solution, and which functions or additional modules are included. In SAP Business One, the licensing model plays an important role in costs, system access and the planned operating approach, for example when the solution is used in the cloud or together with individual add-ons.
