Limited User
A Limited User is a user with a restricted scope of use in SAP Business One. This licence is intended for people who only need access to specific functions or work areas rather than the full functional scope. Which tasks are possible depends on the respective licence type and the configured access rights. For companies, this is important because system access can be aligned precisely with roles and actual requirements. In combination with user roles, a Limited User supports controlled and cost-efficient licence allocation, so that employees use exactly the functions they actually need for their daily work.
