Picking list
A picking list is a document or electronic list that specifies which goods and quantities must be collected for a delivery. It consolidates the items to be picked, supports the sequence of picking, and records the processing status, such as whether picking has been completed in full or in part. This helps reduce errors and makes the handover to packing and dispatch traceable. Within the warehouse management process, a picking list is often derived from a sales order and processed before goods issue.
