Customer visit to Polyfoam Kautschuk GmbH

During a 3-day on-site visit to our customer, Polyfoam Kautschuk GmbH, in Niederzier, all SAP Business One relevant processes, from order processing to production and logistics processes, were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the inspection and analysis of the production work steps, which are connected to SAP Business One by the SIGMA PDA terminal.

Both the processes and work steps at the production machines as well as the adjacent processes such as work preparation and goods booking were closely scrutinized.

Furthermore, the next digitization steps in the area of logistics processes were discussed and tested on site. In the future, SIGMA Mobile Warehouse Management can significantly simplify the areas of goods receipt and stock transfer.

The SIGMA Digital Packing Table can also greatly support outbound processes by digitally mapping shipping units and connecting the various forwarding and shipping service providers.

But not only the IT systems and processes were in the focus of the visit, also the interpersonal and partnership cooperation of both companies could be further consolidated and deepened. We look forward to further positive and successful cooperation.
