Scalability
Scalability refers to the ability of a system to handle growing requirements reliably without requiring a fundamental system change. In SAP Business One, this mainly concerns increasing user numbers, larger data volumes and additional processes. Good scalability ensures that performance, stability and transparency are maintained as a business grows. It depends in part on the database, the system architecture and the integration of add-ons. When companies connect new locations or more users work in the system at the same time, the solution must support this development both technically and organisationally so that processes continue to run stably and efficiently as operations expand.
