Pallet management
Pallet management refers to the unique identification and control of pallets as load carriers, including their contents, status and storage location throughout the entire material flow. In SAP Business One, this allows goods movements to be posted and traced at pallet level, which improves transparency for stock and inventory transfers. In SIGMA projects, this is often supported by SIGMA Pallet Management , which generates NVE/SSCC labels in line with GS1 standards, links item data with storage bin management, and supports scans during goods receipt and goods issue so that scanning an NVE during dispatch transfers all items on the pallet automatically to the delivery.
