As a young start-up company, Schatteria GmbH had not used any ERP software previously. In search of an end-to-end ERP solution that fully maps and digitalises all business processes, the decision was made in favour of the SAP Business One cloud variant and the implementation partner, SIGMA Software und Consulting GmbH.
The solution - SAP Business One
The focus of the digitisation project is the introduction of SAP Business One, the ERP software for mid-sized businesses. The company has also opted for SAP Field Service Management for the deployment planning of service technicians. Schatteria GmbH is expecting more transparency and time savings in the planning of all deployment-relevant resources, especially through the use of the digital planning board.
In addition, the SAP Sales Cloud will be used as a CRM and marketing tool. This is to control all marketing measures and lead management and integrate them into the ERP landscape.
Schatteria GmbH supplies and installs individually manufactured terrace roofs, awnings and slat roofs for outdoor use.
In addition to its headquarters in Dresden, the company currently has five showrooms throughout Germany, which offer a wide range of products including individual consultation..
